If your package is physically returned to NyNy Lash by customs or the shipping carrier, any eligible refund will be reviewed after the package has been safely received and inspected.

Approved refunds exclude original shipping charges, non-refundable fees, and applicable deductions under our Return & Refund Policy.

An additional 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned damaged, opened, or used.

The refund amount and available refund method will be determined according to our applicable return policy and legal obligations.

If a shipment is abandoned, discarded, or destroyed by customs because required charges were not paid or the package was not claimed, NyNy Lash does not provide refunds or replacements under this policy, except where required by law.

For international shipping concerns, customers should contact their local carrier regarding lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you may submit an eligible claim through Route instead.

All Route claims are subject to the provider's coverage terms and claim deadlines.

If Route protection was not purchased, the order is not covered under Route's protection service.
